We keep this simple: we collect what we need to price and take care of your properties, and we don't sell your information.
1. What we collect
- What you give us: name, business name, phone, email, property addresses, notes about the properties, gate codes or access instructions, and your messages to us.
- What we create while working: measurements, photos of the outside of your properties, visit reports and service records.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor, [PROCESSOR]. We don't store full card or bank numbers.
- Site data: basic analytics (pages visited, device and browser type, general location from IP) through [ANALYTICS TOOL], and cookies needed for the Site to work.
2. How we use it
- To measure properties, send proposals and schedule walkthroughs.
- To do the work: scheduling, crew instructions, photo reports and invoices.
- To answer your texts, calls and emails.

- To improve the Site and our service.
3. Who we share it with
Only who we need to, to serve you:
- our crew, who see property addresses, access instructions and notes;
- service providers who work for us: texting and phone, email, scheduling, customer records, payment processing, mapping and measurement, hosting and analytics;
- partners you ask us to involve, like an irrigation specialist; and
- authorities, when the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information. Your mobile number and texting consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
4. Photos
Visit photos show the outside of your property and are used for your reports and our service records. We don't publish photos that identify your business or address on our website or social media without your permission.
5. How long we keep it
As long as you're a client, and afterward as long as we need it for records, taxes, insurance or disputes (generally [7] years for financial records). Leads that don't become clients are deleted after [24] months.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards: access limited to people who need it, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
7. Your choices

- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or ask us.
- Access, fix or delete: email hello@keptgrounds.com and we'll respond within [30] days, subject to records we must keep.
