Do I need to drive by to check?
No. You get a photo after every visit, so you can see it's done from wherever you are.
How does pricing work?
We count everything your property needs in a year and divide it by 12, so you pay the same amount every month. Prices are listed per service in your agreement.
Can I add another rental later?
Text us the address. We measure it, price it and add it to your plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days' notice by text or email. We compare the work done with what you've paid, and either refund the difference or send a final invoice.
