Offices & clinics
One monthly price. Pressure washing for entries and sidewalks is counted in, as your property needs it.
Shops & retail
Gum removal and seasonal jobs are counted into the same monthly price.
Long-term rentals
Shrubs, leaves and sprinkler start-up are counted in. Same price every month.
Airbnbs & short-term rentals
Pet waste cleanup, leaf cleanups and pressure washing are counted in, as your property needs them.

How is the monthly price set?
We count everything your property needs in a year and divide it by 12, so you pay the same amount every month. Prices are listed per service in your agreement.
What if I need something extra?
Text us. We'll send a price, and we only do it after you say yes.
How do I pay?
Autopay by card or bank, once a month. Property managers can get one monthly invoice for all their properties.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days' notice by text or email. We compare the work done with what you've paid, and either refund the difference or send a final invoice.
