We count every visit and seasonal job your property needs in a year (shrubs, leaves, pressure washing, sprinkler start-up) and divide by 12. Same price every month. Extra work only happens after you say yes.

How will I know the entry was done?
You get a photo after every visit, so you can see the entry without stopping by.
Can pressure washing be included?
Yes. Pressure washing for entries and sidewalks is counted into your yearly plan as your property needs it, so it's part of the same monthly price.
What if it rains?
We still come. Seattle rain doesn't stop us. We do what the weather safely allows: in heavy rain we skip mowing to protect the grass and still pick up litter and clear the walks. If we ever have to move a visit, you get a text that day.
